Indianapolis Karate Club-
Definitely NOT like the technique and kata drill karate classes you are accustomed to seeing! Ian competed for years in Sport Karate a fast-paced, point based sport, popular in Europe for decades and gaining more recent popularity in the US as the Olympic committee considers Sport Karate for A status. Ians own skill and athleticism, which earned him the right to compete at the international level, make him uniquely qualified to coach and train athletes of the standard required for this challenging sport. Boosts confidence, strength and endurance through team camaraderie and individual achievement.

Indy Recreational Boxing-
This class offers the conditioning, drills, bag work and technique training used by the pros, minus the black eyes and broken noses! A great workout for both men and women (ages 14+).
