
Pink Gloves Training

Designed for women, this unique 60 minute class
offers a totally new way to work out! Pad work and partner work is emphasized
as you learn to hit, kick and work with focus mitts in a variety of drills and
routines. Never the same workout twice. Pink Gloves is a great complement to
class for the Tae-robics die-hards, but suitable for beginners as well. A
little cardio, a little strength, a little endurance all combine to work every
muscle you've ever flexed and a few muscles you probably didn't know you had!
Bring your gloves or borrow some of ours but don't forget
your ATTITUDE!!!
